Employment Relations
Our employment relations team negotiates employment agreements, works with the relevant parties on partnership initiatives, and translates Employment Law legislation into practice in working life.
Safe Staffing Healthy Workplaces
The Safe Staffing and Healthy Workplaces (SSHW) Unit was formed through a collaborative agreement between the New Zealand Nurses' Organisation (NZNO) and the District Health Boards (DHB's).
