We have a strategic planning role on behalf of DHBs and stakeholders, as well as coordinating stakeholder working groups, ensuring all developments are aligned with business goals. We do this by using sound project management methodology to structure objectives and deliverables. We’re also able to provide a neutral viewpoint, and bring insight through our team’s extensive knowledge and experience of the health sector.

Working internally with our expert data analysts, we have access to a number of databases and information management tools to help guide and meet our customers’ objectives. We also ensure the right governance is in place to guide and moderate any issues and risks identified within programmes.

Stakeholder engagement is at the heart of our work, to reflect, support and imbed change, and ensure we’re achieving intended outcomes. We’re involved in a variety of programmes and projects from across the health sector, and offer competitive consultancy rates for the services we provide.
