interRAI Knowledge Exchange Forum an opportunity to collaborate on research topics

In March 2020 interRAI Services hosted their first ever Knowledge Exchange Forum with the aim of forming a community of shared learning.

Around 55 researchers, policy makers, clinicians and providers came together to share knowledge and ask questions relevant to the sector. The forum was led by Dr Brigette Meehan, Principal Advisor, interRAI Services and Dr Gary Cheung Old-Age Psychiatrist and Senior Lecturer, Auckland University.

The inaugural one-day event, facilitated by Warwick Long, interRAI Quality Monitoring and Performance Advisor, was a unique opportunity to collaborate on research topics using interRAI data and share work programmes addressing critical issues for New Zealanders as they age.
