Senior Business Analyst

Analytics is a rapidly evolving area, generating increased automation, interactive visual reporting, data management, and analytical capability. Business Insights and Analytics operates as a centre of excellence within TAS, delivering services involving data management, reporting and analytical insights. We provide services across any TAS enterprises and programmes requiring analytical support.

We want to add to our Insights and Analytics team competent business analysts who wish to broaden their skills. If you have a keen interest in building on your business analyst skills to work with data and provide analytical consultancy services to customers, making use of the latest data analysis and reporting technologies, then we want to hear from you.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Relevant experience with complex business requirements within complex organisations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build good relationships across a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and able to grasp technical concepts easily
  • The ability to specify business problems and processes in a way that supports analytical and data solutions where appropriate
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment

Experience within the health sector would be an advantage.

Communications Advisor

We are seeking a Communications Advisor to lead the implementation of our internal corporate communications. This position will play a key role in helping TAS grow our profile and tell our value story as we move into an exciting phase of organisation development.

Key accountabilities for the Communications Advisor include:

  • Contributing to and implementing our internal communications plan in line with strategic and business objectives
  • Managing and developing our internal communications channels including our intranet
  • Creating engaging content in a variety of formats
  • Championing the TAS brand and helping to develop and maintain TAS corporate templates
  • Measuring, monitoring and reporting on success to continuously improve  

Key to your success in this role will be 3 years+ demonstrated experience;

  • Developing engaging communications content across a variety of channels,
  • Ensuring communications align with organisation strategy
  • Building effective relationships with others
  • Tons of initiative, with a passion for communications and striving for great results
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience

 Senior Communications Advisor

  • Tons of initiative, with a passion for communications and striving for great results
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
