The 2021 DHB Health Sector Employment Relations Conference will take place on 20-21 May in Wellington.
This year our teams are involved in major MECA bargaining, pay equity settlements, and Holiday Act remediation, as well as contributing to the management, organisation and implementation of the largest mass immunisation programme in New Zealand’s history, all alongside implementation of the upcoming Health and Disability System Review transition.
This conference is our opportunity to understand the 2021-22 landscape, and ensure we move forward confidently and consistent with the 20 DHB Employment Relations Strategy 2019-2024, and the Government’s expectations of employment relations in the State sector.
We will have a line-up of relevant guest speakers and a choice of breakout sessions covering the changing ER landscape, collective bargaining, industrial relations frameworks and other specific information for the Health ER/HR practitioner.
