interRAI Education and Supports Services provide training and education about the use of the interRAI comprehensive clinical assessment in New Zealand (NZ). The suite of interRAI assessment tools utilised in NZ identify an individual’s needs to develop a plan of care for them.

The role of the Team Administrator is to provide comprehensive business support to the interRAI Education and Support Team to assist with the provision of interRAI Service deliverables. The role is fixed term to provide additional support while the team implements a new learning management site.  

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Intermediate to senior level experience preferred in a similar administrative support role.
  • Skilled with detailed and ad hoc minute taking.
  • Previous experience in organising meetings and booking travel for multiple team members.
  • Flexible and willing to deal with any task, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Motivation, initiative and commitment to a team approach.
  • Able to work independently and make effective and timely decisions.
  • Minimum of intermediate level Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly in Word and Excel.

Training Administration Manager

interRAI Education and Support Services provide training and ongoing competency to New Zealand (NZ) health professionals in the interRAI comprehensive clinical assessments.  The suite of interRAI assessment tools utilised in NZ guide the assessor in developing an individualised plan of care by identifying areas of need.

The Training Administration Manager has an ‘end to end’ understanding of the interRAI Services registration and certification process through the Learning Management System (LMS) and is responsible for managing all interRAI Services training course registration, as well as supporting stakeholders with guidance on appropriate courses.

 Key requirements are:

  • 3 years + previous experience working in a service coordination/customer service and support role or similar, where planning and coordination was a key component of the work.
  • Proven organisational skills along with the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines whilst preserving the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Proactive approach to work demonstrating initiative and good judgment.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of service management principles and methodologies would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience in the health sector is desirable.
  • Learning Management System experience is desirable.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor who will be responsible for the ongoing operation and development of Kiwi Health Jobs (KHJ). The role will be responsible for developing guidelines, procedures and processes that will ensure a streamlined and improved shared service. This includes actively managing a national talent pool and supporting national and international sourcing strategies.

The role is perfect for someone who is a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and is curious about how technology can support a better experience for our people. You will be client-focused, flexible and have a positive and pro-active approach to your work ensuring that tasks are completed to a high level.

 To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A strong desire to achieve results, a preparedness to take the initiative and a professional work ethic
  • Demonstrated experience identifying process improvements and implementing change through consultation
  • Demonstrated ability in end-to-end recruitment with experience setting up and/or managing effective systems and processes
  • Proven ability to prioritise work and follow through on tasks to their successful completion.
  • Sound judgement, discretion and proven ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge and experience in the health sector is highly desirable.
